Can it be used indoors?
Yes, with enough room; it really shines in the backyard, at the park, or on the driveway.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6 — and it's FREE on all bundle offers.
How long does delivery take?
Every order takes 1–2 days to process, then delivery takes 3–7 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on the Tracking page.
Do you ship across the United States?
Yes, we deliver across the United States — all 50 states included, with no extra charges on Standard shipping.
Where does my package ship from?
Our products ship from global warehouses in Germany, the USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, and more. We always pick the fastest warehouse available for each order.
Do I have to pay customs or extra fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price: no duties or surprise fees at delivery.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
The carrier leaves a notice and attempts delivery again, or drops your package off at a pickup point near you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Message us right away via our Contact page and we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.
My order is late — what should I do?
Message us via our Contact page with your order number: we'll check the status right away and keep you posted.
Are shipments insured?
Yes! Every order is tracked and guaranteed. If your package gets lost, we offer a refund or a free replacement.
Will I get a shipping confirmation?
Yes, we send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is cash on delivery available?
We don't offer cash on delivery at this time. Payment is processed securely online when you place your order.

How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Message us via our Contact page and we'll send you the instructions.
How long do I have to return it?
30 days from the delivery date, with the product in good condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
