Every order goes through 2 phases:
- 1️⃣ Processing (order preparation): we prepare and pack your parcel. Processing time: about 1-2 business days.
- 2️⃣ Shipping (transit): the carrier delivers the parcel to your door in 3-7 business days.

What if I'm not home at delivery?
The carrier leaves a notice and retries the delivery, or drops the parcel at a pickup point near you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Write to us right away from the Contact page and we'll cancel and refund it.
